1. I/we have read provisions of "Guidelines for acquiring and producing Geospatial Data and Geospatial data services", published vide DST notification no SM/25/02/2020 (Part-I) dated 15" February 2021 and I fulfill the criteria of 'Indian Entity defined in the said guidelines.
2. I/We, certify that for any part of the activities mentioned in the guidelines, we are not subject to, and not controlled by any entity or individual that is subject to a temporary suspension or ban or blacklisting or debarred by any Government/Semi-Government entity of India.
3. I/We, certify that all our sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants or service providers for any part of the activities, are not subject to a temporary suspension or ban or blacklisting or debarred by any Government/Semi-Government entity of India and have signed this Self-Declaration Form of in this respect.
4. I/We, undertake that negative list of attributes as published by the Government have not been acquired and shall not be marked on any Map and location on a Map with prohibited attributes.
5. We, undertake that ground truthing/verification data obtained on the basis of SOI data shall not be provided / shared with any foreign entity.
6. We, undertake that the Survey of India digital boundary data shall be used as standard for publishing Maps of India of any scale including national, state and other boundaries.
7. We, undertake that Digital Maps/Geospatial Data of spatial accuracy/value finer than the threshold value will only be stored and/or processed in computers/servers/storage media/ cloud, physically located with territory of India and shall not be shared/exported/sent to any foreign country through any medium electronically (email/ pen drive/CD etc.) or physically and neither it will be handed over to shared with any Indian/foreign entity located outside territory of India.
8. I solemnly affirm and declare that neither I will sublet data given to me, nor I will re-sell data provided by Survey of India in its original form.
9. I/We undertake to retrain from disclosing, reproducing, summarizing, and/or distributing the downloaded material of Survey of India.
10. I/We undertake to protect the confidentiality of SOI’s data in the same manner as I/We would protect the confidentiality of our own proprietary and confidential information of similar nature.
11. I/We understand that the data belongs to SOI and on every citation, reproduction and display of downloaded data proper credit will be provided to Survey Of India.
12. I hereby declare that to the best of my knowledge and belief, the documents given in registration and the declaration made above are true. I agree that, if any information/undertaking furnished by me is found to be incorrect/false, I shall be liable for the legal prosecution.
13. I hereby confirm that I have read and agree to abide by the “Indian Entity Terms and Conditions” as specified on the National Geo-Spatial Portal (https://geospatial.dst.gov.in). I understand that in case of any non-compliance or violation of the applicable terms, I shall be responsible for the consequences as per relevant laws, and the decision of the competent authority shall be final and binding in this regard.
