Whatsapp saving customer name

this hack helps me save time. as i copy paste the names. instead of typing in phone.

Android talk to text keyboard feature.

CDM hacks

current matching feature is not reliable. so how do i still use CDM effectively to find the right matching machine?

lets see some practical examples that i have been using daily

buying requirement is = VMC required table size is 1000, but 800 is also fine for her. the controller suitable is fanuc and mitsubishi both. with ATC prefered but if without then also fine. near to his city budget under what value?

open the matched list

add the state in the state column because all the above boxes dont work.
write just 1 in the x table, this finds all numbers having 1 anywhere in them YYYY, where any one of the Y is 1 here.
manually go through each machine in the result by clicking on the sort option for either price or year depending on the customer requirement of year, accuracy, budget.

This does apply if they want pallet changer or have special requiremetn in the spindle nose taper or spindle power. in that case manual search is the way to go.

after sharing suggest them to open the link ask if they have any queries. if i find out they havent checked it. then instead of asking them to check them again i ask them to stay on the second call and describe each machine.

Daily Todo list of what needs to be done, where i set the priority bsaed on the concept given by Bhavin sir urgent-important matrix.

this todo list is a recurring one.

  • until it goes to yes/no.
  • it stays in my list and it expands or contracts accordingly.

while delegating any task in the team internally follow this rule

Give the reason for the task before actually giving the task. this increases the chance of the task being taken up and completed more efficiently.

How my habit of trekking affects my professional life.

Trekking & Alex Honnold Mindset – Applied to Sales (4 min)

Key Ideas from Honnold / Trekking

  • Not fearlessness, but preparation + exposure:
    • Big climbs become “low‑risk” in his mind because of practice and rehearsal.
  • Incremental goals:
    • Huge achievements = many small, daily goals written in a journal.
  • Intentional risk:
    • “Everyone is going to die; better to take calculated risks you choose than random risks of inaction.”

How This Applies to Our Sales Work

  • Difficult deals = big wall:
    • Break them into steps:
      • Today: get requirements clearly.
      • Next: share 2–3 options.
      • Next: do one deep CDM search and one follow‑up call.
  • Exposure therapy to rejection:
    • Many calls → many “No’s” → gradually you become calmer.
    • Treat each “No” like one more move on the wall; you keep going.
  • Intrinsic motivation:
    • Focus on Art of selling:
      • Better questions,
      • Better matching of machines,
      • Cleaner WhatsApp communication.

Close – One Ask from Today (1 min)

  • Pick one of these to implement today:
    1. One time‑saving tool (PowerToys Run, Win+V, Chrome shortcuts), or
    2. One CDM search hack, or
    3. One improvement in your daily TODO / delegation, or
    4. One trekking/Honnold mindset shift about rejection.

Quote from the answer given by Alex Honnold - whats your hack to overcome fear?

You become scared so many times over and over and eventually its not that scary anymore.a
